Location

One of Tuskegee’s strategic strengths is its location. Tuskegee is in the middle of the hottest industrial corridor in Alabama. Situated between the bustling sectors of Montgomery, AL and Auburn/Opelika, AL area, Tuskegee is positioned to serve the ever expanding automotive manufacturers (Hyundai and Kia) and others located in this area. Ground, rail (including CSX site) and air transportation is easily accessed.

Business Climate

Tuskegee offers both industrial and retail opportunities within easy commute from I-85. The Tuskegee Commerce Park 2 minutes from Exit 38 off of I-85 is a 100 acre location with sites ranging from 15 acres to 20 acres.

Retail-wise, Tuskegee is an underserved community with a growing population base (citizens, tourists, Tuskegee University students). Currently lacking many of the popular retailers especially restaurants, hotels and specialty stores.
